Feasibility
Maybe you already have an idea of what you want or need, maybe you aren’t sure yet? We are here to listen, to assess and to provide you with workable, affordable options. We can even produce feasibility studies on a house you are considering buying.
Planning
We produce a full set of planning documents for your project and submit it to the local authority on your behalf. Whether the work is under permitted-development, full planning permission or listed building consent, we will guide you through the process.
Building Regulations
For ‘notifiable’ projects, a detailed drawing package is produced to obtain building regulations approval, a requirement by law. These can be used as a base for tender drawings. Generally speaking, a higher level of detail will equal a higher level of cost certainty.
Construction
For those trickier or more critical architectural details, we produce 1:5 drawings to avoid any head-scratching on site by your contractor. Getting decision fatigue? We can help you stay on track and aid you in making those tricker decisions or just those you can’t face!

With almost 20 years of experience, Director Laura Rogers founded Larc in 2023. Having spent the majority of her career working for award-winning architects in London, Singapore and Bristol, across various sectors, Laura is an ARB registered architect who made the move to establish Larc to focus on her core values as an architect. With a drive to help home owners realise the full potential of their homes, and with an understanding of all that that entails from a clients perspective, Laura believes in working collaboratively to create beautiful harmonious spaces that function to support the way in which every individual family lives.
